Case Statement

Our Vision for the Future. Our new vision of Synchronicity is increasing our organizational capacity to do more of what we are doing, reaching more people and using our resources to the greatest capacity. Given the opportunity to focus on training, development and mentoring, residents will be able to serve more people in the Synchronicity world community. We envision having a full-time, paid staff of eight whose sole focus is on administration and facility/grounds management. Synchronicity is located in a powerful, sacred place. But our beloved facilities are showing signs of age. The offices, fulfillment house and dormitories are in need of renovation. We are planning much-needed “green” repairs on our housing facilities, installing new, energy-efficient kitchen appliances, repairing vehicles, conducting road work and small construction projects.

The successful operation of Synchronicity will benefit the local economy and communities in numerous ways. Hiring local people to work at the facility is just one way we can support our local community. We invite you to share in our commitment, our vision and our focus for the future of Synchronicity and Master Charles.

The Heart of Synchronicity. Our long-term, five year, plan includes a new sacred space at Synchronicity – a Temple for invocation, contemplation, meditation and holistic awareness. The overall vision for our new Synchronicity Foundation in Nellysford, Virginia will allow us to create a 4,000 square foot building made of all natural materials, while protecting the intimacy and warmth that has been a hallmark of Synchronicity. Our new Temple will be located on the site of our Yagna Pavilion nestled in the natural setting of trees, flowers and nature’s wonders overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, near the Blessed Mother Grotto.
